Partnerships improve student learning

Rapid change, shrinking budgets and increased demands mean that schools must creatively tap into the wealth of resources in the community that can help students learn and succeed. Mutual cooperation between Mount Vernon Schools and the community is nothing new -- schools already have dozens of successful partnerships.
